Here’s a tutorial on how you can create your own song!

Notes Editing

Notes Editing feature is a unique game feature for Bandmaster allowing the players to create their own customized charted songs.

These songs that they create can only be played in the single play mode and can only be shared if the pc is shared between players.  It cannot be played in the multiplayer mode unless we request for the ucc songs of the players to be uploaded via the game developer (Dyson).

Steps:

-Song files that can be used are only those in MIDI and PDS format.  Song duration must be 2-3 minutes only.  Player must put the song file in this

folder : Bandmaster >>Resource >>User Media >>mid

-Once the song is already in the correct folder, you should be able to see it when you try to load it in the notes editing mode.

-When the song is loaded, it will already have its own original note charting on the left side.  Press Ctrl + A and these notes will be copied in the right side or on the editing chart.

-Click on the notes individually, when the note turns red, it means you can now edit/move it.  To move the note, you will use the left and arrow buttons.  To cut the note tail short, press ctrl + C.  You can use the Note Overlap Button to check for Duplicate Notes.

-Players will also have the option to set which instruments can be used to play the song, they can set the difficulty level and put in their preferred title as well as song producer and what genre is the song.

-After editing a song, just click on save.  Better to put a different file name so that when you play it on the practice mode, it will be easier to locate.  UCC songs can be seen on the UCC- Single tab.

Philippine gaming was rocked to the core last April 21 when e-Games’ Domination 6 opened its doors to thousands of online gamers and pop culture cosplayers! Every year that Domination hits, it is a success. This year was no different and we have the fans to thank for this. Each gaming booth was packed with delighted spectators cheering for their favorite gaming guilds who were competing for glory.

Musical guests also entertained the packed World Trade Center with their expert tunes and wacky antics. Up Dharma Down, Tanya Markova, and Join the Club particularly stood out.

Of course, where would e-Games and Domination 6 be without the help of our sponsors? Axe was our presenter that day, hitting the stage and showing off their new product Axe Anarchy for Him and for Her. Axe models hung out with delighted e-Gamers as they played Kinect at the Axe booth as well. Co-presenter Smart was also there in force, hosting the Cosplay Smart Domination 6 Cosplay Competition where the top winner bagged a Smart Broadband android tablet!

Internet at the event was supplied by PLDT DSL, the best internet provider in the country and they sure proved it that day with a strong internet connection. It was a long day of fun and games, and people understandably got tired; but major sponsor Cobra Smart offered Cobra Smart Energy drink to perk up gamers’ bodies and minds! Another Major sponsor, Razer, which is the official gaming gear of e-Games was there to supply awesome prizes to the winners of the tournaments.

This year’s Domination was especially unique. The top guns of e-Games and Level Up!, Enrique Gonzales and Ben Colayco respectively, came out to speak to excited gamers about the endless possibilities in the future because of their electrifying merger. Another unique aspect of Domination 6 was the job fair! Event goers had a great chance to land their dream job with the help of Jobquest.

Again, it was all because of the fans that Domination 6 was the success that it was. They came in droves and showed their great support for all our games, events, tournaments, and sponsors. Thank you e-Gamers!

We would also like to thank our other sponsors who came and set up awesome booths and showed great products and services. Registration: Friday(May 4, 2012)  until Monday(May 7, 2012) on BM Forums (Ingame Event Section)
Mechanics:

Each band can only send the following number of representatives to participate:

• SOS Concert – 5 members
• Score Battle – 3 members
• Shutter Battle – 3 members

Here are the lists of bands and their corresponding points that will battle for this week last Band of the Month Challenge:

**It will be like having 3 groups from each band who will participate in every event. A member can only be listed in one event only.

• SOS Concert – 5 pts.
• Score Battle – 4 pts.
• Shutter Battle – 4 pts.

**In case of a tie, the two bands will have a showdown in Shutter battle to determine the winning team.

-Players must have the BM Premium item equipped in order to participate in the event.

- Band that garners the highest points will be recognized as the featured Band of the Month and will acquire the following prizes:

i. Super EXP Ring (1 pc, 30 days, will be given to the Band Leader)
ii. Super BP Ring (1pc, 30days, will be given to the Band Leader)
iii. Website/Blog Feature story
iv. 1 instrument of choice (conclusive of all 20 band members, 30days)
v. 30 days Teddy King/Queen

Mechanics:

-GM will announce in game the start of the event and shout the required item for you to be able to join the said event.

• Open only to the winners of R2D6 Cebu (Visayas), Davao (Mindanao), North and South Luzon, NCR and in-game wild card only.
• Must be 18 years old and above.
• Tournament participants must present a valid identification card.

REGISTRATION

• Players must be a group of six (6) members.
• No registration will be conducted on Domination 6. Eliminations will start early as 12:00pm onwards.
• Semis and finals will begin at 3:00PM.

MECHANICS

• The facilitator will pick the song at the start of the match.
• Game mode will be SOS Mode.
• The tournament have an elimination round (best of 3 matches), a semi-final (which is a round robin match) and a final round (best of 3 matches).
• Use of the Mythy SOS Ring is not allowed.
• Band with the highest accumulated score wins.
• Losing Teams at the Semi- Finals will battle for Third Place.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Standard Game Policies and Tournament Rules apply.
• Strict compliance of the “headphones off’ and “hands off keyboards” policy before and after each song.
• All decisions made by the Tournament Facilitators are final.
• The use of any Hack for whatever reason will be penalized on site. If any representative/player should be found violating the Game Policy, he/she will be disqualified and account penalized to the maximum penalty.
• The event facilitator, being on top of the tournament proper, should be respected at all times. Punking, name-calling, cursing, threatening or causing physical damage to him may force him to disqualify the offender as he deems fit.

TO QUALIFY

• Winners of this tournament will get a chance to participate in Domination 6 that will be held at World Trade Center in Pasay City on April 21, 2012. Also you must have a valid identification card which will be presented at the said event.

REGISTRATION

• Players must form a group of six (6) members.
• Registration will start on April 16 (Monday) 6PM until April 17 (Tuesday) 6PM via forums.
• First eight (8) teams to register will have slot in the tournament.
• Eliminations will start on April 18 (Wednesday) 4PM.
• Semis will be on April 19 (Thursday) 4PM.
• Finals will be on start April 20 (Friday) 4PM.
